FRESH ORGANIC BEEF FROM URUGUAY:
The beef used in WENAEWE has been produced under strict organic regulations that forbid the use of synthetic fertilizers, hormones or any other chemical substance.
Our cattle are grown exclusively on organically produced pastures and naturally have a reduced fat and cholesterol content. WENAEWE's organic beef contains an optimum balance of Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids. It is rich in Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Vitamin E, and Beta Carotenes. Combined, all these properties give our fresh organic beef the ability to fight bad cholesterol (LDL), and prevent the accumulation of arteriosclerotic plaque.
ORGANIC SOURCES OF FIBER:
WENAEWE uses only whole organic fresh vegetables in order to preserve the integrity of their vitamin content, as well as to use their natural pigments as colorants.
Organic Carrots, are the richest natural source of Beta-Carotenes. They help delay aging of all tissue, accelerate epithelial reconstitution, and preserve good vision.
Organic Red Beets provide an excellent source of digestible fiber, which maintains intestinal motility and health. Organic Red Beets are a source of Vitamin A and C, Niacin, Folic Acid and Biotin. They also help cleanse the hepatic channels and venules.
Organic Broccoli contains sulphuraphane, an important photochemical that helps to prevent cancer, and Vitamin K, a powerful coagulant. In addition, it provides Calcium, Iron, Potassium Vitamin C, and fiber.
